| Show Rules |
| All work must be the artist’s own original, creative work and must be presented in a finished manner. Work that is mass produced or purchased from other artists may not be sold. |
| The show committee reserves the right to refuse exhibition of work not consistent with submitted materials. |
| Artists must be present for the entire show and must remain set up until the close of the show. |
| Artists are not permitted to change space assignments. See the show director if there is a problem. |
| No vehicles are allowed in the show area until after the show closes at 5:00pm. |
| Booth information |
| Standard booth space is 10’ x 12’ with walk-around space. Booths are assigned based on date of application and location needed for a given medium. Artists must provide their own complete displays, including any tables or chairs. A canopy is recommended. |
| Fees |
| Each entry must be accompanied by a completed application, a $10.00 nonrefundable jury fee and S.A.S.E. for return of submissions. The fee for a booth is $60.00. Fees must be received by May 1, 2008, or invitations will be withdrawn. We offer a limited number of booth spaces under our tent for an $50 additional per booth for those who do not own canopies. To help us determine demand for this space, please indicate on your application if you are interested in a booth under our tent. Do NOT send booth fee with application. |
| Set up |
| Check-in/setup begins at 6:00am on the day of the show. Artists must be checked in by 8:00am. Artists may begin setting up on Saturday, June 7, between the hours of noon and 5:00pm. Security will be provided, however, Rockford College is not responsible for loss or damage to any property left unattended overnight. |
